Terms and Conditions
Our overriding principle is fairness and to treat our customers as we would wish to be treated ourselves.
1. Refunds
Anyone not delighted with goods or services that they receive from co2balance.com is entitled to a full refund provided that:
- in the case of goods, they are returned with 14 days in perfect condition; or
- in the case of services, the service is cancelled within 14 days of the date of purchase. Any certificates issued must be returned.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
2. Returns
Goods or certificates must be returned to 1, Discovery House, Cook Way, Taunton, Somerset, TA2 6BJ by post or in person by appointment only.
3. Delivery
All goods and services will be delivered within 2-5 days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the website. Where a product is out of stock and these delivery deadlines cannot be met, you will be informed and an estimated date of delivery will be provided.
4. Cancellations
Membership subscriptions can be cancelled up to 14 days after they have been purchased. Certificates must be returned to the above address.
